A lot of people don’t think they can do a 2,000 meter race and I will admit that the older you get, the harder it seems to row the distance. However, with the right training plan, just about anyone can prepare themselves, especially the younger rowers.
It is important to remember that when you race the 2,000 meters, you have to know what pace you can row at to complete the distance. You can only determine this from what you do in training.
