Indoor rowing is a fast growing world wide sport that just about anybody can do. There are people from 8 to 90+ who have competed in the past. It doesn’t matter how fit you are or how old you are. You just row at a pace that is comfortable to you until your fitness improves.
The sport is virtually injury free as long as the correct technique is followed.
Why don’t you come and try out this fun sport at the Queensland Indoor Rowing Championships. New people to the sport are always welcome.
